In an emergency situation, time is precious. To help improve emergency response speeds, select FCA US LLC vehicles are equipped with available features including Uconnect® Access , a built-in data connection, and a 9-1-1 call button on the rearview mirror. When every second counts, occupants can push the 9-1-1 call button to directly connect to a local Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) who can dispatch first responders to an accident scene.

FCA US LLC is helping to training the PSAP community on this important new service. This is an educational resource with online training on the 9-1-1 offering available within FCA Group vehicles, an FAQ section and contact information.
